The app crashes and won't launch after crashing

used to work before the latest update

Try these steps-

  1. Uninstall SoStronk
  2. Press Win+R to open the Run dialog, enter "%appdata%\..\local\" and remove the SoStronk folder.
  3. Press Win+R to open the Run dialog, enter "%appdata%\..\local\Temp" and remove the SoStronk folder.
  4. Install SoStronk again.

See if that fixes the problem.

Hmm that is bad, I’ll need a crash dump from your Windows.

To enable crash dump reporting, download and run the registry file from http://dl.sostronk.com/usermode_dumps.reg . Once that is done, run the app and when it crashes Windows will create crash dump files in C:\Dump

The dump file is pretty big, you should first zip it up and then share it with support@sostronk.com using whatever you prefer - Google Drive, Mediafire etc.
