So-Stronk Application Launch Issue

Hi,

After the recent update, I’m unable login to the client. The app gets frozen on the client login page. Kindly help.

Hi @shadeslayerkk thanks for reporting this. Does the login button not respond at all? Does it highlight when you move your mouse on it but click doesnt work? Or even moving the mouse on it doesn’t work?

Please download our logs reporter from http://dl.sostronk.com/SoStronkLogs.exe , it will create a zip file on your desktop with the logs, send it to support@sostronk.com so that we can take a look at it.

Hi @shantanu, the login as well as the close button aren’t responding . And yes they do highlight. The app needs to be closed from the taskbar. Will run the diagnostics and send you the results on the above email ID.
