Hmm the zip file you sent seems to be empty, maybe some problem with the reporter program.
Press the Windows+R key to start “Run”, enter
%APPDATA%\..\Local\Temp\SoStronk and do you see a
logs folder there? If yes can you manually zip the folder and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org?
sorry to take a long time to replay, yes It’s have a 3 notepad I think because name of notepad is not a arabic number but it’s my country number(Thai number) not a problem i will rename and send back again.
