Got a cooldown.. Is it my fault

Me and my 2 more friends are also having the same issue and we are not connected to the same router but we do have the same isp.
We have got multiple cooldowns due to this. I don’t know how to resolve this issue, please help.

Some ISPs put users behind a NAT which can behave as if you are sharing a router (the ISP’s internal router) with other customers of the same ISP. There is no perfect solution for this. All you can try is changing your clientport and restarting your network device (router etc).
