Challenger to KOTH clarification

#1

How does Challenger to KOTH work?

Do the top 3 from this Challenger go to the KOTH next weekend?

@VuNaMi @Aequitas

#2

Its simple.

Challenger #1 has 8 teams. Top 4 go to KOTH #2. They have 2 semis and 1 final to decide who plays the current king (Elunes). The new king waits for the next KOTH (i.e. #3) to face the new contender.

#3

Yes. Simple.

So the Elunes isn’t there in KOTH #2 at all? Just the top 4 from this weekends Challenger?

#4

Elunes will be in KOTH #2, otherwise how will the Top 4 from Challenger beat the king? :stuck_out_tongue:

#5

+1

@Ad1tya “Its simple da”

#6

SAR. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND.

According to VuN’s post, it means Elunes isn’t there in KOTH #2. According to Shaan, they are. WHAT YOU SAYING SAAR.

#7

Saar… -.-

#9

Nope I said the same thing as Shantanu!

#10

Okay, so this is what I understand.

Team A, B, C and D end up 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in Challenger.

They play each other next weekend during KOTH #2, and then the winner (supposed Team B) plays Elunes in KOTH #2 Finals?

Correct? @VuNaMi

#11

Yes! You got it!

#12

Phew. Okay.

#13

Is Team B tMg? :stuck_out_tongue:

#14

Shh. No match fixing scandal plij.

#15

What fixing… I was politely asking!
